Animal House Grooming and TLC Toy Poodles is more than just a grooming shop and a breeder who enjoys seeing a beautiful poodle in the conformation ring! Championship titles are great but there is so much more to our doggie family. We enjoy our dogs every day, not just the short period of time one is being shown.

This page is dedicated to our 'just for the fun of it' activities. It will eventually have oodles of graphics so it will take a while for the entire page to download.

Keep in mind, all this is 'just for fun'. The shows are LOCAL PET SHOWS, not conformation judging. They have nothing to do with AKC titles. They are not formal dog shows but a great opportunity to have fun with your pets. I'd encourage everyone to check their local paper for these pet shows and go have a GREAT TIME!

This is my neice, Morgan, with Ch. Stedman. Stedman enjoys obedience work and he and Morgan got a 2nd place in best trick. He does a great sit/stay and recall. Should we continue with the obedience excercises or teach him some cute pet tricks?

This is my brother, Jr, with his chihuahua Penny. Penny does a good job of keeping up with the poodles :-) Penny received a 1st place for 'smallest dog'.

This is Ch. Kent. Kent is dyed in his blue pants and jacket trim. He received 2nd place in best dressed. Guess the judges prefer them with clothes on, he he. He had a great time strutting his stuff.

Jr & Penny earn "Owner/Pet Lookalike" Which I think was so funny because Jr stands 6'8" and Penny is such a little girl, he he. Then they went on to Best In Show!

Morgan and Ch. Stedman earned "Best Behaved". They did an awesome recall!

Kent and I think winning "most unusual" with his cool blue pants and jacket trim is great!

It's going to be hard to let Ch Kent's blue dyed pants and jacket grow out, we are having so much fun with it but already wondering what we're going to try next :-)

I LOVE this picture! Morgan and Ch Stedman did an AWESOME obedience routine and received BEST IN SHOW! I'm so proud of them both!

Mom and Rogaine (he doesn't show up well in the photo) received 1st place in both 'cutest' and 'ugliest' classes. Which confirms what Mom says about him being so ugly he's cute...Rogaine is a black hairless chinese crested.

Ch. Kent and I took 1st place in "Best Dressed"! Can't see it in the photo but Kent has little pom poms all over his body.

Morgan also got 1st place in the "Smallest Pet" catagory with Trigger, a tiny black poodle puppy I have for sale to just the right home.

We couldn't resist taking extra pictures of Mom! :-) I know where I got my sense of humor, he he.

It was about this time we decided to stop aiming the camera at Mom! "I said cute WITCH, Mom! Not cute ~ITCH"! Ha Ha :-) The fuzzy thing in my hand is a rabbit given to my neice.

Jr and Penny receive "smallest..again :-)" and a special award for "Best Crowd Pleaser". Jr is a disabled veteran and Penny is his therapy dog and dearest bestest friend. They are a wonderful couple!

Morgan and Stedman earn "Best Behaved". I'm not sure who enjoys these shows more...Morgan or Stedman! I know I enjoy watching them together!

Kent and I really enjoy being "Best Costume"! And we've got a dilly of a costume planned for this fall...time to retire the clown :-(
