1. No tranqulizers--ever. We treat your pet like our own.
2. All critters receive whatever grooming treatments we feel they need at no extra charge--flea treatments, medicated baths, hot oils, etc. If we feel they would benefit from it, we do it.
3. If the owner agrees, we call when the grooming is complete. No need for your pet to stay longer than necessary.
4. We use some of the finest grooming products on the market and are always looking for new quality products.
5. We use the clippervac system for your pets comfort.
6. Do you like nice bows, bandanas and nail polish? I do, and make specialty bows for the holidays.
7. Our four-legged friends receive a picture after each grooming!
